This site contains no forms and does not collect personal data in the background. We only receive the information you choose to send us — by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail: your name, your contact details and, if you decide to share them, photographs, X-rays or other health information for a preliminary assessment.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to you — answering your questions, making a preliminary clinical assessment, arranging an appointment and planning possible treatment. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
Photographs, X-rays and other health details you share are reviewed only by our dentists and clinical team, who are bound by professional confidentiality under Turkish law. They are used solely to assess your situation and to prepare your treatment options.
Your information is processed at our clinic in Türkiye. The conversation itself runs over the channel you choose — such as WhatsApp or e-mail. These platforms are operated by their own providers under their own privacy terms, and their servers may be located outside your country.
If your enquiry does not lead to treatment, we keep your messages only for as long as we need them to handle the enquiry, and then delete them. If you become a patient, your clinical records are kept for the periods required by Turkish health legislation.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — we will do so unless a legal retention duty (such as the obligation to keep patient records) requires otherwise. Write to info@dentologyturkey.com and we will respond.
